Discount applies to the pack price and is calculated before shipping. Ori-Points are earned on the amount actually paid. Tiers are based on paid orders only — cancelled and refunded orders don't count.
Ori-Point terms
- • 1 Ori-Point per RM1 spent, rounded down, on completed and paid orders only.
- • Points are earned on the amount actually paid, after any VIP discount.
- • VIP tiers are permanent once reached and are based on paid order count.
- • Points are credited after payment clears and are reversed if an order is refunded or cancelled.
- • Points expire 24 months after they are earned.
- • Reward slots are first-come, first-served. A claimed slot is removed until the next rotation.
- • Points have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
- • Redemptions ship within 2 working days of approval, tracked and insured.
- • We may adjust the catalogue and point costs; changes never affect an already-approved redemption.
